Types of Notarizations
In-Person Notarization
Individuals appear physically before a commissioned notary public where they must demonstrate proof of identity, sign (or acknowledge their signature on) a document, and, if their document requires a sworn statement, be placed under oath.
Electronic Notarization for Real Estate Closings
The signers appear in-person and a notary affixes an electronic signature and notary seal using a secure Public key to an electronic document (such as a PDF)
Remote Online Notarization for Real Estate Closings
This allowing signers to be virtually anywhere in the world to eSign documents, where they appear before the remote online notary to remote online notarize, using two-way audio-video technology.
My goal is to make signing painless and quick, yet thorough and accurate!
