- I do NOT have an office location. My service is strictly mobile and by appointment only.
How much do you charge for your services?

What happens if the signer's identification has expired or they do not have one?
- Please refer to the ID Requirements page for full description on acceptable IDs.
- The signer can be identified by a credible witness who has a non-expired identification.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
- Make sure the document is completely filled out. But, do not sign until you are in front of the notary.
- Have a valid, non-expired identification.
- Ensure the name on the ID matches the name listed on the document.
How do I pay for services?
- I accept cash or check.

In Arizona, notaries can perform only acknowledgments, jurats, copy certifications, and oaths and affirmations.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
- To ensure that the signer of a document is who they claim to be and has voluntarily signed the document.
JURATS
- The signer swears or affirms that the contents of a document are true.
COPY CERTIFICATIONS
- Confirms that a copy of an original document is a full, true, and accurate reproduction of the original.
OATHS/AFFIRMATIONS
- A client may simply need to administer an oath or affirmation orally, rather than as part of a jurat​, affidavit or other written document. The purpose of administering a verbal oath or affirmation is to compel a client to truthfulness.
- An oath is a solemn pledge to a Supreme Being. An affirmation is a solemn pledge on the individual's personal honor.
